  • Magic Jack is just like any other app on the phone. If you are trying to use the mic, then you will have it available as long as your device supports it. The mic was supported on every model of the iPhone, iPad, and I believe on every model of the iPod Touch.

    So, you should be able to use it just fine, unless there is an issue with your headphone jack.
