My MBenz car has a 30 pin plug to connect my iPod / iPhone , can I use this adapter to listen to my music?, and if not, is there any other solution?

Yes, it allows you listen to the music in your iPod / iPhone, but it will not charge the battery.

it should work as a great way to "convert" your car's 30pin to the new 8pin standard and should work fine for audio as per the description
