I have an iSimple in my car so I can listen to music and charge at the same time. Will this work with it? Don't care about charging as much as music?

    yes if your iSimple already has the 30pin "Male" end on it then you would simple attach this to "extend" the length of the cable and "convert" it to lightning and it will charge and let you stream Audio through it as per the description
