does the lightening to 30 pin adapter work with the apogee jam guitar input and ipad 4th generation?

    Yes it does. I am using the 30 adapter to connect my Strat to my iPad 4. Works with GarageBand and Jamup Pro XT. If you are connecting your iPad output to an amp or headphones, connect them up first before selecting the app. Inserting them when the apps are running causes the output to be muted...it does on my iPad.
