Can I attach my nano 7th generation to my IHome. Is there an adapter for this?
I have a new nano 7th generation. I have always used my ipod with the ihome. Is there a way I can still do this?

Yes. There is an adapter for that. If your iHome has a 30-pin dock connector like how the iPod nano 6th generation, the adapter is called Lightning to 30-pin Adapter.
