If you have any printer that has AirPrint you can connect wirelessly over your WiFi internet at home and print from iPhone, iPad, and maybe iPod. There are a number of manufacturers who make these printers. I got my Epson for $100 from Apple and it is the only one I have used for the past year and a half. Make sure it has AirPrint.

Yes with HP ePrint app and the HP printer control app. Both are free apps. You must buy an HP printer that is compatible with ePrint, but there are several.

Yes. Make sure it says "air port". I ordered the wrong wireless printer and had to download an app that is not as easy and was over $20.00.
