Is it compatible with the My Sync USB port in the 2010 Ford Escape?

Yes. I have a 2010 Ford Escape and it works. Sometimes the song name/artist don't show but I may need to update sync.

It works fine with my iPhone 5 in my 2012 Chevy Cruze. It's the same USB port and picks it up as iPod, just as before. I'd imagine there should be the same level of compatibility with the Escape. (I tested it in my friend's Focus as well and it worked great.)
