What is the back material made out of? Is it rubber?

It's made out of the same material as the cover: Polyurethane. Which is a great material because I've noticed that unlike rubber, no dust or lint is easy picked up on it.

Same as the cover, preformed so you just "pop" your iPad in. Fit for the new iPad is perfect.
