Does this work with the iPad 2 official dock?

    Yes. I just put a smart case on my new ipad/ipad 3 and it works fine with the official apple dock for charging. had to wiggle it the first time to get the connection right, but it works fine for me.

  • The case has an area cut out to plug in the docking cable, you will not be able to dock the unit into the Ipad dock whilst in the case.
