Will this cover fit the new 4th gen model releasing in Nov. 2, 2012?
I'm trying to find out if 3rd gen iPad smart covers and other cases will fit the new 4th gen iPad releasing Nov. 2, 20212.

Yes. The smart cover will be compatible with the iPad 2, iPad 3rd Generation, and iPad 4th Generation.

Very likely they will. It's the exact same design proportionally to the iPad 3, except for the new "Lightning" connector.
