can you use a smart cover with an Otterbox

I am wondering about getting some additional cover to go with my Otterbox, so that the screen is covered. I carry the iPad around with the Otterbox, and dust gets in between the front of the Otterbox and the screen.

  • If the packaging for the otter box says "smart cover compatible" or something like that than it will work. Otherwise I would have to say no, it can't fit with the otterbox

  • Cases need to be specially designed to work in unison with the Smart Cover. The iPad Smart Case is a good solution to pair the features of the Smart Cover with the protection of a full case.

    Unless you have a habit of throwing your devices around, Otterbox products aren't necessary.
