Leather. Plus if you buy a red leather cover apple donates money to fight aids in africa or something I have one and it looks great

First, it depends on your colour preference or your favourite colour. Second, it depends on your budget, polyurethane is a bit cheaper. However, buy the leather one, especially the red one to help fight AIDS.
