Yes, I have a Pixel skin HD wrap for iPad 2 and it covers the front and back and folds back like the apple one

The magnets on the smart cover would not harm your pacemaker due to them not being that strong to even effect you. I have a pacemaker myself that's 11 years old. The smart cover is safe!
