Which side is which?

The cover can be attached in both directions, either "up" or "down". Does it matter which resulting side of the cover should be facing the display? Is this different for the leather and the plastic covers?

    The soft, microfiber side should face the display.

  • Yes it matters very much. The cover should be attached in up direction so as to face the display in order to provide security against falling objects and scratches when not in use
    So there is no diference whether plastiic or leather covers is used.

  • The Cover If You Put The Volume Buttons/ The Switch It Will Automatically Turns It Self Off.
    And With Out The Switch And The Volume Buttons It Won't Turn It Self Off. But When You Close It Completely In Your iPad Go To Sleep.
