Am looking for memory upgrade for my iMac (late 2007). What should I order? Please advise.

Memory 1 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Ideally you should take out the memory you have an insert
2X Memory 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM taking it to 4G
But that is often harder to find and more expensive
You are *probably* safe with
2 X 2 GB 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM
