What is the difference between the Time Capsule, and the Airport Extreme Base Station apart from the memory?

Time Capsule is a complete AirPort Extreme combined with a wireless hard drive that is Time Machine capable. The Time Capsule hard drive provides storage, but Time Capsule has no independent memory, only firmware to operate itself.
