It's time capsule a RAID device?
I mean, the information saved in the TC it's protected with a RAID configuration.
What happen with the information if the TC break down.

No, it's not a RAID device, there's only a single drive in it. When that drive is gone you will loose all data on it, which in most cases is just backup data from your Mac(s) so no big deal as the original data is still on your Mac. You can also use a Time Capsule as a normal network drive and that data will be gone if the drive breaks. There is however a possibility to backup the internal drive to an attached USB drive.
