First of all: Yes, you can. Provided you have used Time Machine to backup your filed to the Time Capsule. When you get you new Pro, just insert the Mac Installer DVD, go to the Utilites Menubar, and select "restore from backup" all the way at the bottom. Follow the steps, and you should be up and running in no time.
Tip: Once booted from the installer DVD, don't forget to connect to your local Wi-Fi network, or plug in an ethernet cable.- Answered by Nicholas S from Shanghai
