How best to use my two Time Capsules with a new mini mac server

I wish to purchase a mini mac server for the office, but am unsure how best to then utilise my two Time Capsules, one of which is still boxed

    You only need one. Plug the tc in and your mac will find it. Choose it from time machine preferences. The mac mini server makes no difference to setup
