Can it back up 2 devices?
Can I use TC to back up an iMac and a 2nd computer that is a Windows PC?

Yes, but I wouldn't advise it. Time Machine always fills the backup disk to capacity, so unless you can live with the possibility of running out of space at any moment, I shouldn't do it. You could use an external hard disk to overcome that limitation (though this will kill performance for that disk) and you could hack around with pre-allocating disk space (which is a technically complicated operation and also kills some performance) or you could just not bother. :-)
Unless/until Apple supports the partitioning of the internal Time Capsule disk, I suggest that you share a network volume to your Windows box from your Mac. Now, back up your Windows box to your Mac, and the lot goes into one Time Machine backup set (but, at the expense of disk space on your Mac, sorry). An important precondition for this to work: your iMac will have to come online, or be online, when your Windows box wishes to back up to disk, so plan accordingly.- Answered by Sabahattin G
