What is the airport admin utility? Is it the airport? I need to extend the coverage from my air port extreme. I have sattelite service in my home.

    I truly hope that you have set up security on your wireless network.
    so only the people that are supposed to be on your network have access.
    if not anyone within range of your airport base station can use your internet service and with a satellite service having unauthorized users can slow you down.
