I have a Windows OS Netbook it has no cd-rom drive, will i be able to connect to the router and internet if i can't install the drivers off of the cd?

You would need to download the Airport Utility software for Windows from the Apple downloads page, then install on your netbook so that you can configure Airport Extreme for internet access as well as setting up the network.

To clarify the previous response: There are no special drivers required to make use of the Airport network once setup. The Airport Utility is however required to setup the network initially, and you can download that from apples website as an alternative to installing from the provided CD. Another option would be to borrow a friend or family member's Mac or PC and setup the network on their's. All recent Mac's come preinstalled with the Airport Utility application, so no installation is needed there.
