No, the 2.4Ghz spectrum has been reserved for special use. This includes wifi, bluetooth, ect... Verizon Wireless for example uses both 850Mhz and 1.9Ghz spectrum for its cellular network. Therefore not affecting the 2.4Ghz range at all. Also, the 2.4Ghz spectrum has several different channels, your router will choose the best channel to use automatically in most cases.
Unless your buying a very cheap router, which I assume you're not because the airport extreme is far from cheap, you will be fine and interference should not be in a worry.- Answered by Preston B from Centerville

A cell phone should not interfere with wifi. However, there may be other items in your house that will interfere with wifi, such as a cordless phone or microwave. They typically do not, but in rare cases they will.
