Do all computers need to have the software installed
I currently have an Imac and mac book pro and 2 PC laptops. Do they all need the airport utility software installed to work with the airport extreme?

The included software on the AirPort CD must be installed on computers that you wish to use to setup or manage the base station. Other computers must meet the above listed "System Requirements" for what it is you want them to do.
