Can I still use this even though I don't have any Macs, only PCs?
I don't own any Macs, but I do have others Apple devices like the iPod touch and possibly an Apple TV in the future. I realize that the OS shouldn't be a limiting factor with a router, but is it possible to configure the router using a PC only?

Yes, a PC can setup and manage an Apple AirPort Base Station and wireless network as long as it meets the System Requirements:
"PC with Windows XP (SP3) or Windows Vista (SP1) or later, CD drive, and Ethernet or wireless networking capability"
and it first has the software from the included CD installed prior to connecting the base station to anything. Then it'll be easy, as many other PC users have found who've done the same.- Answered by Andrew H from Carmel
