Can i have two airport extreme connected to each other managing two different networks?

Not sure exactly what you mean. AirPort Extreme can be linked together to work as a single network, or work independently to manage separate networks. If you have two AirPort Extreme connected to manage a single network, you can enable guest network to manage restricted access. Otherwise, you can setup two completely different network using two AirPort Extreme devices and open a certain port from device #2 to access device #1's network.
