There is no such thing as an HDMI 2.0 cable. Maybe you are confused with HDMI Type 1 and 2. However; That is not applicable. HDMI 1.4 is the latest standard, and yes this is a 1.4 HDMI cable.

No. HDMI 2.0 does not exists as of currently. The latest version of the HDMI standard is 1.4 which supports the newly released 3D HDTV and game consoles.

No. There is no such existence of HDMI 2.0. The latest version of HDMI that exists today is 1.4 which supports the new 3D television and game systems like the PS3.
