Will this cable work with the iPad 2 or 3 updated to iOS 6.1.2 to a TV??

    I have the cable and it does not show video, I do get the sound. I tried to go into settings but I do not have the switch to TV and I have no idea how to get it.... I believe I have the latest update to the software... If you figure it out let us know! Thanks!
