I'm from Chile and i'm buying a 13" MB Pro in the US ¿Do i need to get this or other chager? ¿Can i use the one that comes in the box?

The power adapter included with your 13' MBP will be fine as long as you have a plug adapter to fit your wall sockets at home. Both this adapter, and the one that comes with your computer can both handle 220V and 50Hz automatically. I can't exactly tell visually if it includes it, but if you don't already have a plug adapter, you might want to look at the "Apple World Travel Adapter Kit".

You need another charger which costs £60, sorry. Don't worry, I have the same problem and I'm in the UK.
