what would I need to replace ATI Radeon X1900 XT graphic card

    Assuming you have:
    -a 2006 or better MacPro tower
    -Snow Leopard 10.6.4 or better installed (for 5870 SW drivers)
    -the knowledge to swap a PCI card and plug a couple of cables in to the MacPro's motherboard

    You need nothing extra.
    (the card ships with 2 6-pin power cords)

    According to other posts in this forum, the 5870 works just fine in all MacPro towers.
