This card will function as an unaccelerated 2D device (raster only) in 10.5.8 and 10.6.3 and below. For 3D acceleration and full functionality for the card, as well as the ability to use the card in a resolution other than your monitor's native resolution, you must get 10.6.4 and the Snow Leopard Graphics Update, or any version of Snow Leopard standalone update starting at 10.6.5 through whatever is the current OS version.

No drivers are necessary. The cards work natively in OS 10.6.x

As log as your running Mac OS X v10.6.4 or later you are OK.
