What year is my Mac Pro?
I believe I bought my Mac Pro in early 2009. It is Intel based and I am interested in adding the 5770 graphics upgrade kit to work with my new 27" Mac display. How can I tell what year it is??
thanks

You should find the answer in the System Profiler in the Utilities folder or click on the apple in your menu bar and select About this Mac and click the More info button, look at the Model Identifier, if it says 4,1 then you have a 2009 Mac Pro.
