What are the measurements? the two cards pictured are different on the back end but both have what seems to be the same length on picture.

This is a full-length 12" graphics card with the integral extender (which is there to keep the card from sagging and damaging the logic board when installed, since it is heavy). Apple should really remove one of the pictures since there's only one style for the 5770.
