    Yes it will work, especially with TRIM by default.

  • As long as your computer uses serial ATA connection it will work fine, it is only how the data is stored, i.e. on a chip rather than a spinning disk. It will also lower power consumption and heat generation. My MacBook Pro lasts around 45 mins longer on battery power since installing SSD.
