Will this allow my iPhone 4s to dock, and drive my iPod Hi-Fi, or does the firmware of the phone no longer support that product?
I've got the old mid '00s iPod Hi-Fi, and my old first generation iPhone had no problems with it. Now my iPhone 4s tells me it isn't compatible when I plug it in. I did come across a web discussion that suggested it was the angle that the phone is held in the receiver. I'm curious if I buy these dock adapters will my phone sit properly and play/charge when in the integrated dock?
Thanks.

Answer
This product is just a piece of plastic that allows the iPhone to sit in a device more snugly. It has no other functionality whatsoever.
