    No.
You will have to upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard to install Lion.
Upgrading from Leopard to Snow Leopard is easy and depending upon the amount of memory installed on your Mac system the upgrade process time can be 45 minutes to 90 minutes plus you will gain storage (5GB-10GB+) on your system hard drive.

  • I have just upgraded to Snow Leopard (I had to buy the CD) and then Lion (download from the Mac App store) on my Macbook Pro. It was easy to install both and the new system works well.
