is iWeb built into 10.6

  • No, iWeb is not part of the operating system. iWeb used to be part of iLife, which is pre-installed on new Macs, so older Macs shipped with iWeb, but iWeb was discontinued in June 2011. You would have to buy an older version of iLife, e.g. iLife '09, to get iWeb.
