I have OS 10.5.x, iLife '08, and iWork '08 family packs, am I eligible for a discount on the family box set when I upgrade all at the same time?

Only the standalone Mac OS X Snow Leopard software is available at the $29/$49 upgrade pricing. There is no upgrade pricing for the Mac Box Set - if you want to get a family pack of Mac OS X Snow Leopard, iLife '09, and iWork '09, you can purchase the Family Pack Mac Box Set for $229.
