I have a Power Mac G5 with Mac 10.4.11. Can I upgrade to Snow Leopard?

No. The requirements for the OS are:
1) Intel-based Mac,
2) 1 GB Ram,
3) DVD drive,
4) 5 GB of available disk space.
but you can buy Mac OS X Leopard the requirements are
Processor must be any Intel, PowerPC G5 or G4 (867 MHz and faster)
DVD drive (for installation of the operating system)
At least 512 MB of RAM (additional RAM (1 GB) is recommended for development purposes)

no sorry, powermac g5 is too old. it hasnt, and cant upgrade to an intel processor

No. The requirements for the OS are:
