No. You must have an Intel-based Mac (not a PowerPC-based Mac).
It will install on an Intel-based Mac that currently has OS 10.4.11. In fact, the US$29 Snow Leopard will install on an Intel-based Mac that has no OS (i.e. it will install on a freshly formatted partition).- Answered by Ewald W from Vancouver
