An update came out today that allows it to work with the Netflix App

As of the 19th of May, 2010, it does, they just updated their app at the store iPad app to support video output.

The Netflix app has now released an update that let's you watch videos on your external display.

Yes, it should now work with Netflix, as Netflix just released an update.
(Note: I haven't tested the VGA Adapter, but have tested the Composite Adapter, and it displayed the Netflix movie on my TV).- Answered by Kevin M from Littleton
