will this product be compatible with the previous aluminum body macbooks which were dicontinued before they pushed out the 13" macbook pro's?

Wondering if this 60W charger will be compatible with my unibody macbook?
I would like to the white tipped charger for the new aluminum tipped design.

  • I believe that the 15" or 17" MacBook Pros use an 85W adapter. I have read that you can use the 85W adapter on a 13" MacBook/Pro, you cannot use the 60W adapter on the 15" or 17" MacBook Pros. So, I bet this will work find with your unibody macbook.

  • Yes absolutely! It has the same connector as before, but looks like it is built to withstand a little bit more pressure than the previous charger head.
