Will the 85w MagSafe Power Adapter for the Macbook Pro will work in Australia or do I need a power converter?
I came from Mexico and brought my MacBook Pro 15'' but I don't know if I need a power convertor or a power adapter, and I'm afraid to charge it because it might get fried because of the power voltage.

as long as the voltage of your home's outlet falls WITHIN the voltage range printed on the power adapter then all you need is a plug to adapt the prongs to your outlet.
if your home's outlet rating falls OUTSIDE the range printed on the adapter, only then will you will need a different power adapter.- Answered by Mark O from Federal Way
