What exactly is an "analog/optical audio jack" mean? Is it 1/8* analog output jack or an optical TOSLINK S/PDIF digital output?

After much reading and shopping, I have found that the analog/optical audio jack is a jack that is capable of taking both a stereo jack plug from an audio out – or an optical (toslink) jack plug from an optical out, and it does the same thing without any adjustments. Hope this helps
