    I think we will need more information to answer this question, but I will try.

    The magic trackpad is an ambidextrous device that requires one hand to operate. It is touch sensitive, and will respond to touch from any part of the body (foot, elbow, etc.) Obviously without the flexibility of fingers it will be a simple point and click device, but it may still be easier to operate for those with limited movement. (Going into a store to try one out is likely your best bet.)
