Does it imitate the Button 3 Mouse (Scroll Ball) feature for 3D Orbit and Zoom In/Out control with CAD apps?

No, not as far as I know. Two-finger scrolling should zoom in and out though.

Depends on the App. With an additional keyboard shortcut, it seems to do most anything I need it to do.
