Can I use the Magic Trackpad to write Chinese or Japanese as what Mac book do? Any program need for Chinese Input by Trackpad?

Yes. This works the same as the MacBook Pro's trackpad, so the same types of character input are possible through the Magic Trackpad. This works through OS X, but you need to enable a preference in System Preference, just as you would for the MacBook Pro's trackpad.

Once you have installed the Trackpad Update, it will work just fine.

Yes, it works on the older Mac Book Pro that does not have a multi-touch mouse pad. For example my early 2007 non unit body Mac Book Pro.
