Yes. It works with Keynote but it requires line of sight with the mac's IR receiver

Yes. It works just like the old one, therefore with every device and software the old one did (such as keynote, frontrow, iTunes and compatible third party applications)

Yes, it's functionally identical to the previous model. It's just been redesigned to match the current line of Apple computer models (MBP, iMac, etc.)
