Well, yes, it works. I'm typing on it right now :-)
Because of the Apple keyboard different layout, lots of punctuation keys and signs are difficult to find. I used Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (free to download) to create a new windows keyboard that matches my Apple Wireless keyboard.
After that, you are still missing essential keys like "Delete", "End" "Home". I used Keytweak (free to download) to remap the missing functions to keys on the Apple keyboard (like right apple key=Del).
So, yes, it works, but there was some work to do.- Answered by Pascal D

If you're asking can it be used on a non-Apple computer, the answer is probably no since the Function keys are unique for Apple computers (macbooks, imac, etc). If you're asking will the keyboard work with WIndows XP on a Mac computer, the answer is yes.
