I have Mac OS X Snow Leopard and i had to replace my keybord and its not working they way it should shortcut is there another keybord that would work

You can use any keyboard with your Apple computer as long as the drivers are available. Depending on your issue with your keyboard I would contact Apple Care via phone and further discuss your issue with your keyboard. You could be attempting something the keyboard doesn't support.
